HOW TO START AND ADJUST THE WATCH

To help preserve battery life during transportation, the crown is kept in “Position 1.”

To Start the Watch

Push the crown completely inward to “Position 0.” The watch will begin running.

To Set the Date

Gently pull the crown to “Position 1,” then rotate it to adjust the date.

To Set the Time

1. Pull the crown outward to “Position 2.” The watch will stop temporarily.

2. Rotate the crown until the correct time is displayed.

3. Push the crown back to “Position 0” to resume operation.
